Sitopaladi Churna is a traditional Ayurvedic remedy, used to treat respiratory and digestive conditions. It also has antihistaminic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to boost immunity.
Sitopaladi Churna contains Misri (unrefined rock sugar), Tabasheer (silica and water from the nodal joint of a bamboo stem), Piper Longum (long pepper), Elettaria Cardamomum (green cardamom) and Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (cinnamon). It is mostly consumed in powder form, which can be mixed with ghee or honey.

Sitopaladi Churna is most commonly used as a base for other Ayurvedic remedies used to treat respiratory diseases. It can also be used alone to treat the following conditions:

According to Ayurveda, Sitopaladi Churna can help to pacify Vata and Pitta imbalances. It is also known to dilate the respiratory tract, decrease phlegm in the lungs, enhance immunity, improve digestion and appetite and counter free radicals.
Sitopaladi Churna is prescribed in a variable dose of one to three grams, two or three times a day, before or after food. It is mild enough to be consumed by children and pregnant women, and is devoid of side effects.
