Jade Lizzie - Sharing the Yoga Love


Jade is an advanced yoga teacher, writer and adventurer with a mission to share the happiness yoga has brought to her life. With more than 500 hours of Yoga Alliance training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, Jade teaches classes that are strengthening, intelligent, dynamic and fun.

Having spent several nomadic years teaching yoga at studios and retreat centers all over the world, Jade now teaches regular yoga classes and workshops in Nottingham, UK where she is based.

Jade is also the co-founder of Yoga Let Loose, a group that organizes events, workshops and retreats. Yoga Let Loose events are focused around yoga, but add in travel, adventure and fun.

When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, Jade works in education, and writes freelance for websites like Yogapedia. She loves getting outdoors, being active and eating cake, ideally at the same time!
