The arms are open to form a "T" shape and the torso rotates to the right so that the right hand points toward the back, and the left hand to the front. The gaze is to the back. The posture is repeated on the opposite side.
The Sanskrit name for revolved crescent lunge is parivritta anjaneyasana, although there is no direct translation for this modified version on the knee.
