Jade Garratt

Through her yoga teaching and writing, Jade's aim is to help others to achieve optimum physical and mental health. She teaches yoga all over the world, and feels incredibly grateful to be able to combine her loves of yoga, teaching and writing. Jade’s first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training was in Hatha Yoga, and she is now doing her 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Frog Lotus Yoga. As well as Hatha Yoga, she teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.When she is not teaching yoga or writing, you'll find her planning her next adventures and drinking tea.
